Membership is offered in three sliding-scale tiers so you can choose what feels most comfortable for your budget. All members enjoy the same benefits and access, no matter which tier you select.

You have two options for accessing a live class:

Use the Links for Members Page

  • Go to the Links for Members page, found in the main menu under the Member Library dropdown.

  • Join the live class via the link provided. 

You may also pre-register for any classes on the class schedule. Pre-registration for live classes is not required – your membership grants you access to all live sessions. However, if you’d like to pre-register for your own planning, here’s how:

  • Click the Register button next to the class you want to attend.

  • You’ll receive an email with the link to join the LIVE class.

  • Pre-registration ensures you’ll get updates about any class changes or additional resources. It also helps with planning by adding the class to your calendar.

Both options make it easy to join the LIVE sessions—choose the one that works best for you!

Yes! Recordings are uploaded on the same day as the event and can be accessed in the Member Library. These recordings are exclusively available to members, so you can revisit and enjoy the sessions at your own pace.

Yes, absolutely! You can register for a single class either as a standalone purchase or by using your 5-Class Package. Please note that single-class registration grants access to the live event only—recordings are available exclusively to members.

Here are three quick tips to help you get the most out of your practice:

1. Minimize distractions: Turn off notifications on your devices and commit to this time for yourself. 

2. Set up your space and gather your tools: For the best experience, I recommend having these on hand:

Two blocks
–Yoga strap or belt
–Blanket
–Chair
–Cushion or bolster
–Tennis ball
(or similar massage ball)
Wooden dowel, broomstick, or walking stick (4-5 feet tall)
Gua Sha stone (not necessary, but helpful)

3. Arrive a few minutes early: Aim to log in 3–5 minutes before class starts. This gives you a chance to center yourself and take a few calming breaths before we begin.

This series is not included in the standard membership. However, members receive a 50% discount on the enrollment price.
